Who we are

Solid Relocation and Sales – Registered as Titulaire Solida – Relocation and Sales – is a Geneva-based, SME sized relocation company. The website www.srs-relocation.ch is sole property of Samantha Solida, registered as sole proprietor of Titulaire Solida – Relocation and Sales.

 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When a person fills out a contact form, we will register information such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, company name, position, child/children etc. This data is only collected insoforth as the person becomes a client or is considered as a client, up to one month after the person has sent the information in the latter case.

In any event, all client data is destroyed after ten years after a client-service provider relationship has come to an end, in line with European and Swiss regulations.

The information collected is only done in order to complete a mandate and shall not be used without expressed consent from the person/people involved.

 

Comments

Only the name, surname, position and company name, as well as opinions of the commentors are kept online, and can be furthered on the company’s social media pages, after written consent by the commentors.

 

Media

The media here has been purchased/leased through formal channels/people and cannot be used without written consent by the sole proprietor of the company. Please contact us via our contact form for such use.

 

Who we share your data with

In case a mandate has been signed between the service provider and the person/people having expressed an interest in using the services provided here, all data provided by the client will only be shared in the framework of completing the mandate entrusted to the company. The data can be shared with this non-exhaustive list (full list provided by request): real estate agencies/owners, telecommunications and utility companies, insurance companies, schools, daycares, local and national authorities, etc.

 

How long we retain your data

We keep contact form entries for one month (if a mandate has not been signed), analytics records for a year, and all client data records for ten years.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you would like us to destroy your data before the deadlines written hereover, do write to us and we will comply within 72 hours of your request.

 

Where your data is sent

European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. Your data can be sent to all service providers listed hereover, as well as to partnering companies. Each partnership is safeguarded by abiding to Swiss and European privacy laws.  It will not be used by third parties without your written consent. All sharing of data will be notified to the client. All details pertaining to data protection within the framework of a mandate are specified in contracts linking a client to the service provider.

How we protect your data

We use encrypted communication systems and store your data in a two-factor authentification form. Training on data protection last took place in September 2023.

 

What data breach procedures we have in place

Prompt notification to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) is required in the event of a data security breach.
