Looking and finding an apartment in Geneva goes beyond nightmares. It requires to clone yourself between visits and personal contacts with the régies, paperworks, constant research on the net and newspapers and, what is more annoying, most of the time all this effort does not pay back with the awaited answer.
When I realized that with my very little free time (and patience) I would have never made it by myself, I relied on Mrs Solida’s experience.
Under her wings, the only thing I had to do was to show up and visit apartments fulfilling my standards, during appointments she had scheduled according to my planning. Samantha did a wonderful job in taking care of every single detail before and after I had an apartment assigned , not even one month after we had our first meeting.
She dealt with the régies while presenting my application and had contact with them, went over the lease with me giving helpful tips, she was there for the état des lieux, helping me out in settling the state of entry of the apartment and went further in taking care of the electricity connection and advising of accessory connections and insurance.
