Looking and finding an apartment in Geneva goes beyond nightmares. It requires to clone yourself between visits and personal contacts with the régies, paperworks, constant research on the net and newspapers and, what is more annoying, most of the time all this effort does not pay back with the awaited answer.
When I realized that with my very little free time (and patience) I would have never made it by myself, I relied on Mrs Solida’s experience.
Under her wings, the only thing I had to do was to show up and visit apartments fulfilling my standards, during appointments she had scheduled according to my planning. Samantha did a wonderful job in taking care of every single detail before and after I had an apartment assigned , not even one month after we had our first meeting.

Samantha was very professional and able to understand my needs and standards in order to find the appropriate match. Samantha is pretty much the most amazing relocation specialist ever — she is natively bilingual in French and English — which was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our housing search. the lease signing, and the inspection.  She was willing to hold our hands through the entire process, and was constantly listening and adapting to our evolving preferences as we looked for the perfect place in Geneva.
